In the many years in cycling, I have worked in all categories as a sports director and coach. As a trainer, I have also achieved major goals such as World Championship and Olympic medals with many top athletes. The athletes knew that I was stubbornly and focusedly striving for their goals with them. I spare no effort in leading motivated athletes to their limits, but let them feel that they can always count on me.
